If you’re in the market for some tendon boots, these beauties come highly recommended – but they’re not just a pretty face.
They have a squidgy soft gel lining which contours to the horse’s tendons for the perfect fit and to provide shock absorption. They fit like a glove and seem to find their own resting place on the horse’s leg. The boots cut away around the fetlock to allow freedom of movement through the joint – essential for making quick jump-off turns and landing after a fence.
Three elasticated straps hold the boots in place, and the brass fastenings literally take seconds to easily pop in which is great for eventing when you need to make a quick change after dressage.
The design is sleek and classy, and I love the mixture of matte, gloss and leather finishes, and the brass fittings are the cherry on top. To me, everything about these boots is luxury, from the materials, to the clever modern additions and the styling.
Available in black, white and brown. Complete the look with matching LeMieux Teknique fetlock boots.
TIP: Check out the size guide for measurements. They do come up on the smaller side, so if in doubt, go larger…
